HRCH Dynamite Black Magic MH    Dog Stories !!  The saga of RESCUING "RED" !!

John and Tammy found their love in labs back in 1993 when Tammy found an 18 month old black Female lab from South Carolina named "Pee Dee's Lickadee Split". She bought 'Split' for John's 50th birthday and hoped that one day she would get to hunt in the Black Swamp with them. What a legacy of dogs she started. Split finally crossed the 'Rainbow Bridge' to the happy hunting ground in the sky on July 11, 2005.

The stories of her offspring are listed below.....

HRCH Dynamite Black Magic MH

Sire: Jamup and Jellytight
Dam: Pee Dee's Lickadee Split SH

Mar. 28, 1995 - Feb. 28, 2011

Split was breed to Jam out of NFC/AFC Dynamite Duke and Magic was the female puppy chosen out of that litter. She was professionally trained for Hunt Tests and received her Hunting Retriever Champion and Master Hunter title. She has since been retired to the house and duck hunting.

Ragin' Rusti Steel QAA

Sire: FC AFC Fordland's Bored Out Ford
Dam: HRCH Dynamite Black Magic MH

Mar. 16, 2002 - July 14, 2006

Magic was unfortunately only breed once. She was breed at 6 years old to Ford, and Rusty was chosen as the one to keep from that litter. Tammy spent many hours training him for field trials with much help from her retriever friends! He had several Derby placements, Qualified All Age at 2, and placed 4th in the Open at 3. Rusty crossed the Rainbow Bridge on July 14, 2006, at the early age of 4. He was overcome with a rare and usually fatal disease called Pythiosis.
