Cessna R172 Control Wheels installed to accommodate push-to-talk buttons (both sides), Indent button (left side), storm scope clear (left side), auto pilot disconnect (left side) and altitude hold (left side).

The instrument panel has been completely rebuilt with .063 2024-TB ALCLAD and overlaid with Aero Enhancements Laminated Wood Panel. 

All instrument are backlit and are controlled with dimmers on each section.

Underneath the glare shield, Aero Enhancements ULTRA VISION back-up lighting system was installed.

ACS Product Co. Inc., Vernier Throttle and Mixture Controls were installed to replace original Non-Vernier Controls.

Installed Klixon 7277-2 circuit breakers replacing original fuse holders in instrument panel.

Potter & Brumfield W31-X1A1G Circuit breaker switches were installed replacing the original switches and fuses.

Wiring throughout the aircraft was replaced MIL 27500 and MIL 22759 and wired according to Cessna wiring diagrams.

Thermax M17/60-RG142, MIL-C17G 12814 wire replaced all RG-58 previously used for antenna installations.

The exterior of the aircraft was fitted was fitted with all new antennas to match radio installation.

Doublers of like material were installed in most location for additional support.

 All control cables, bushing and rollers were replaced.

 All control surfaces balanced and control cable tension adjusted to perfection.

INTERIOR:

Interior was professionally refinished in off-white, with leather trim and cloth inserts in the seats and side panels. Headliner is leather, with new zippers and attaching hardware. Installation was completed in accordance with all FAA fire retardant regulations.

Carpets are maroon in color and meet FAA fire retardant regulations.

Directional aircraft style vents by SOROS Inc. were added to ceiling in rear for additional ventilation.

Interior door locks and splins were replaced with original Cessna parts.

Doublers were installed on armrest for added strength.

Retractable shoulder harnesses by BAS Inc. were installed.

ROSEN sun visors were installed to replace factory originals.

Fire Extinguisher.

Fuel Strainer control removed from cockpit to under cowling.

All plastic molded parts were replaced and refinished.

All faded or worn lettering on interior controls were either replaced or sent out for restoration.

Rudder Pedals and Flap Handle are powder coated for extra wear and protection.

Seat rails were replaced and safety locks added.
